TranscribeX.ai is an AI-powered audio transcription and analysis SaaS platform.
The service allows users to upload audio files and generate:

- Summaries
- Timestamps
- Speaker separation
- Action items
- Mind maps
- Exportable documents such as DOCX or SRT files
The service is provided digitally through our website. No physical goods are shipped.
2. Account Registration
You may need to create an account to use certain features.
You are responsible for:
- Providing accurate account information
- Keeping your login credentials secure
- All activity that occurs under your account
You must notify us immediately if you believe your account has been compromised.
3. Paid Plans and Subscriptions
TranscribeX.ai may offer free and paid plans.
Paid plans may include monthly transcription minutes, file upload limits, export features, priority processing, or other premium features.
By purchasing a paid plan, you agree to pay the applicable fees shown on the Pricing page.
4. Payment
Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers such as PayPal, Stripe, Paddle, Lemon Squeezy, or other supported processors.
After payment confirmation, your paid plan or usage quota will be activated in your account.
If payment fails, is reversed, disputed, or refunded, we may suspend or limit access to paid features.
5. Subscription Renewal and Cancellation
Subscriptions may renew automatically according to the billing cycle selected by the user.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings, payment provider, or by contacting support.
Cancellation stops future renewals. It does not automatically refund previous payments.
6. Refunds
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
Because TranscribeX.ai provides digital SaaS access and usage-based AI transcription services, used transcription minutes and generated outputs are generally not refundable.
7. User Content
You retain ownership of the audio files, transcripts, and other content you upload or generate through the service.
By using TranscribeX.ai, you grant us a limited right to process your uploaded content only as necessary to provide, maintain, secure, and improve the service.
You are responsible for ensuring that you have the legal right to upload and process any audio files or content submitted to TranscribeX.ai.
8. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use TranscribeX.ai to upload, process, generate, or distribute content that:
- Violates applicable laws or regulations
- Infringes intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights
- Contains illegal, harmful, abusive, hateful, fraudulent, or misleading content
- Contains sexually exploitative or abusive material
- Supports harassment, threats, or unlawful activities
- Attempts to bypass security, overload systems, or abuse the service
- Violates payment provider policies or applicable platform rules
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
9. AI-Generated Results
Transcription and analysis results are generated by automated systems and may contain errors, omissions, or inaccuracies.
You are responsible for reviewing and verifying any generated transcript, summary, timestamp, mind map, export, or analysis result before relying on it for important, legal, medical, financial, or professional decisions.
10. Service Availability
We aim to provide a reliable service, but we do not guarantee that TranscribeX.ai will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service at any time.
11. Intellectual Property
The TranscribeX.ai website, software, design, trademarks, logos, and platform features are owned by us or our licensors.
You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, resell, or misuse the service except as allowed by these Terms.
12. Third-Party Services
TranscribeX.ai may rely on third-party services for payment processing, hosting, AI processing, analytics, storage, and other technical functions.
Your use of these third-party services may also be subject to their terms and policies.
13. Account Suspension or Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if:

- You misuse the service
- You engage in fraud, chargebacks, abuse, or prohibited activity
- Required payments fail or are disputed
- We are required to do so by law or payment provider policies
14. Disclaimer
TranscribeX.ai is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TranscribeX.ai shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, profits, business, or goodwill.
